Branded Spin Wheel — Add Your Logo to the Centre

Drop your company, classroom, or channel logo into the centre of the wheel for an instant branded look. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG; the wheel renders it clipped to the centre hub and keeps it visible while the wheel spins. Useful for marketing giveaways, conference booths, classroom branding, livestream prize draws, and any moment where a generic spinner would look out of place. Free, no signup, no watermark.

Built for marketers running campaign giveaways, conference booth staff, livestreamers, school IT coordinators, and anyone who wants the spinner to look like their organisation rather than a generic tool.

Common uses

  • Conference booth giveaway. Drop your company logo into the centre, paste attendee names, project on the screen. Looks polished, not generic.
  • Livestream prize wheel. Add your channel logo so viewers see your brand on every spin. Pairs well with the share-screen and multiplayer-room modes.
  • Classroom-branded picker. Add the school crest or class mascot to the wheel — small detail, big engagement bump with students.
  • Campaign giveaway draw. Marketing draws look credible when the spinner is branded. Export the JSON to hand the wheel to a co-host before the draw.
  • Internal HR raffles. Office holiday draws, employee-recognition spins, team-of-the-month rotations — company logo plus the wheel feels official.
  • Influencer giveaway. Use your profile picture as the wheel logo. Anyone watching your live draw immediately knows whose giveaway it is.

About this wheel

Why a branded wheel matters

Generic spinners say 'this is a free tool from the internet'. A branded spinner — your logo in the middle — signals 'this is our giveaway, run by us, and we mean it'. The visual shift is small but the perception shift is large. Audiences trust draws that look run, not borrowed.

There's a practical fairness benefit too: when the wheel is visibly branded, anyone who screenshots the spin during a livestream or conference talk also screenshots your brand. The wheel becomes free promotion alongside the giveaway itself.

Tips for a great-looking logo

Use a transparent PNG or SVG. The hub already has its own white circular frame; a transparent background lets your logo sit inside it naturally instead of fighting it.

Keep the logo simple. The hub is small relative to the full wheel; intricate logos with text become unreadable. A monogram or icon-only mark works better than a full wordmark.

Match the wheel theme. Dark UI + dark logo = poor contrast. Use the lighter or higher-contrast variant of your logo when the wheel uses the Dark or Neon themes.

For events: pre-load the branded wheel before the audience arrives. The set-up moment ('let me upload the logo…') breaks the polished feel. Save it once, switch wheels via the dropdown.

Brand-safe usage patterns

For company use: store the wheel JSON file in your team drive so anyone running the next event can pull it up with the brand already applied. The JSON includes the logo + entries + colours — paste, import, ready.

For livestreams: pair the branded centre with custom slice colours (via the Colors panel) and a brand-aligned theme (Festival for prize-draw energy, Minimal if you want it understated).

For repeated draws: duplicate the branded wheel using the 'Duplicate wheel' toolbar button before each event — keeps the master wheel pristine while each event gets its own entries.

How to use branded spin wheel — add your logo to the centre

  1. Open the Colors tab. In the sidebar tabs, click 'colors' — the logo upload sits at the top of that panel.
  2. Upload your image. Click 'Upload' and pick a PNG / JPG / WebP / SVG. The image is auto-resized to 256×256.
  3. Preview on the wheel. The logo appears immediately in the wheel's centre hub. Click 'Replace' to swap or 'Remove' to revert to 'SPIN'.
  4. Save for next time. The logo stays with your wheel automatically. Use 'Export JSON' from the toolbar to back it up or move it to another device.

Frequently asked questions

What image formats are supported?
PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, and SVG. Any image your browser can decode works. Logos with transparent backgrounds (PNG, WebP, SVG) look best because the centre hub already has its own circular frame.
Where does the logo show up on the wheel?
In the centre hub — the small circle where the 'SPIN' label normally sits. It's clipped to a circle so square logos look correct. Non-square logos cover-fit (the longer dimension is cropped) so they don't squash.
Is the logo stored on a server somewhere?
No. The logo lives only in your browser's localStorage. We never upload it. The wheel data is resized to ≤256×256 PNG on upload (typically 30–80 KB) so it fits comfortably in browser storage.
Does the logo travel with the share URL?
No — share URLs stay short on purpose. The logo stays on your local device. To move a branded wheel to another browser or computer, use the JSON export — it includes the logo and you can import it on the other device.
Will my logo appear on the wheel's slices too?
Not directly. The logo sits in the centre. Per-slice customisation is handled through the Colors panel, where you can set a custom hex colour per entry name.
Can I have a different logo per saved wheel?
Yes. The logo is per-wheel, not site-wide. Save a 'Company giveaway' wheel with your logo, a 'Classroom' wheel with the school crest, switch between them with the wheel dropdown.
