Frequently asked questions

Is Premium a subscription?
No. Premium is a single one-time payment of $50 (US dollars) that lasts 2 years. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel; every feature added to Premium during your term is included.
What happens when the two years end?
Your account simply goes back to the free plan — the free limits apply again and nothing is deleted. Your reserved room code is held for 30 days so you keep it if you buy again. Buying again while your term is still running adds 2 years to the end of it.
How do I buy it?
Send your email with the form on this page. We reply with a one-time payment link for $50, and once it is paid we switch Premium on for your account. You can also email hello@spinofluck.com.
Do I need an account?
You do not need one to ask. To use Premium you need a free SpinOfLuck account, because the plan is attached to it — sign in with Google or an email and password from the account button on any page, ideally with the same email you send us.
What are the free limits?
Every tool stays free, and so do Simple Rooms for spinning together, with no limit on how many people join. The free plan allows 20 AI entry generations a day. Premium removes that limit and adds Advanced Rooms — moderated rooms with co-hosts, spectators and multi-winner rounds for public draws and larger events.
What is a permanent room code?
A code you choose, 4 to 8 letters and digits, that always opens the Advanced Room you are currently hosting. Share spinofluck.com/room/YOURCODE once and reuse it for every class, meeting or draw.
